A man from a small Eastern European country arrives at JFK Airport, only to discover that his homeland has collapsed in a sudden revolution, rendering his passport invalid. Trapped in legal limbo, he’s forced to live in the terminal indefinitely, unable to enter the USA or return home. As days turn into months, he builds a life within the airport.
