Chimichurri sauce

One of my favorite sauces because it can save any dish and even upgrade it.
Fresh, spicy, sour, with the aroma of herbs and great garlic!

Serve it with meat, chicken, fish or roasted vegetables.

For the sauce:
A bunch of cilantro or parsley
📍 3 cloves of garlic
📍 Red chili pepper (without seeds) half
📍 Olive oil 1/2 cup
2 tablespoons lemon juice (or wine vinegar)
Half a teaspoon of salt
📍 Dry oregano a teaspoon
📍 Ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon

Mash in a blender
Bon appetite 🥰
