Brazilian Cheese Balls - Pao de Queijo
So if youve ever had Brazi Bites or gone to a brazilian restaurant you know how good Pao de Queijo is. I grew up in brazil and have tested many recipes and this by far is the best one. Its a combination of various recipes that I tweaked and adjusted to create the perfect bite! Recipe: 1 lb Tapioca Starch/Flour 2 stsp Kosher Salt 150g Shredded Parmesan Cheese 100g Shredded Queso Fresco 2 Large Eggs 1 cup Water 1/2 cup Vegetable or Canola Oil Bake at 375F till golden brown. This took me about 30 mins but it'll vary depending on your oven so keep any eye on it. Enjoy!
