Ingredients for Syrniki
• Cottage cheese 5%-9% - 600 g (already squeezed, dry)
• Yolks - 2 pcs
• Salt - a pinch
• Sugar - 1-2 tbsp.
• Vanilla sugar - 1 pack
• Flour - 50 g - this is 2 tbsp. with a small slide (maximum 70 g)
• Flour for breading.
