The flight takes place on a beautiful clear New Years' Eve morning. After taxying out to runway 23L at Manchester we depart to the south, enjoying clear views of England for the entire duration of the flight. We get a spectacular view of the South Downs on approach to Southampton, where we land on runway 20.
