How To Restart An Oil Furnace | Hard Lockout and Bleeding Fuel Lines

I will walk you through a restart at one of my rental properties where we ran the tank dry and as a result, the controller went into a 'Hard Lockout' state which needed to be reset as indicated by the flashing green status light.
