New York City has launched the first congestion pricing plan in the U.S, charging drivers entering parts of Manhattan during peak hours.

The program aims to reduce traffic and raise $15 billion in upgrades to the city's subway and commuter rail system.

We hear Canadian reaction on whether such a plan could work here, especially in a city famous for it's own traffic challenges.
