In this video, I just run through Tesla's excellent climate controls. It has features that other cars don't like bio-weapon defence mode, camp mode, dog mode etc. Most of the time, you don't need to use any of this as you just leave it in Auto and it sorts itself out. Your preferred climate settings are also stored against your driver profile, so the car just sorts it all out every time you get in.
The other thing I like is that unnecessary clutter is removed making it easier to use while driving. For example, the parked up modes (keep, dog, camp) don't show while driving. Also if you have it in Auto, none of the manual controls are visible either until you turn off Auto to adjust things manually. Plus you can control all of this via your voice too.
The vehicle is a 2024 Tesla Model Y RWD with the 62.5kWh (60,5 kWh usable) LFP battery, running software 2025.26.4.
