The hole process to make a Minion figure made of aluminium. First, I try with Marshall from the paw patrol but I realize that it is too difficult for start.

I change to the Minions because it has less details and do not have four legs.

It is not bad result for second try with the foundry.

We make a mold out of green sand that I made myself. Then we melt the aluminium in my foundry. After that we pour the aluminium in to the mold. And finally we extract the figure and cold down the aluminium.
