Spring is in the air and it's time to get your hands dirty! In this video, we'll show you how to slow down and find joy in the spring sunshine. We'll take a walk through a magical pine forest, do some gardening, and cook a delicious dinner of "juicy chicken legs in a creamy mushroom sauce." Stay tuned and enjoy the simple country life.

Recipe: "Juicy chicken legs in mushroom sauce"
Chicken drumsticks - 9 pcs.
Dried forest mushrooms (porcini mushrooms) 20 grams
Onion 1 pc.
Water or broth 750 ml.
Cream 33% 125 ml.
Flour 1/4 cup (for chicken)
Dijon mustard 1 tsp.
Dried garlic 0.5 tsp. (you can use fresh)
Thyme 0.5-1 tsp.
Salt and pepper
vegetable oil for frying
Sprinkle the chicken legs with salt, black pepper and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Then add 1/4 cup flour and coat the chicken legs thoroughly. Fry the chicken legs in a frying pan until golden brown. Transfer to a saucepan or pan.
Separately fry finely chopped onion until transparent, add dried thyme, dried garlic (fresh is possible) and fry for a couple more seconds.
Add dried mushrooms pre-soaked in hot water (or broth), 1 tsp of mustard, 125 ml of 33% fat cream to the onion. Mix everything until smooth.
Pour this sauce over the chicken legs and simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes. At the end, you can add salt and pepper to taste.
Juicy chicken legs are ready.
Can be served with pasta, rice or mashed potatoes.
