hello everyone im poo from srilanka, living in a small and beautiful village.
our traditional nation never used an artificial ingredients in their day to day life .they lives natural life styles dealing with our simple nature and used to be healthy life pattern.


When i was a child i used to go along with my grand mother when she goes to picked 'gonika leaves'.she made this drink for us.she was always telling about benifits that gives by the 'gonika'
