On today’s ep of Monday Munchies, Ben tries the viral ‘Crème brûlée crepe’ from Uncle Tetsu’s in the city. This Japanese bakery known for its fluffy cheesecakes has been serving up a very exclusive dessert that is totally over-the-top. With people sometimes lining up for an hour at a time, we wanted to test if this crepe was worth the hype.

The infamous crepe is filled at first with whipped cream, strawberries, pieces of Japanese cheesecake, and strawberry coulie, then topped off with custard cream and finished by caramelising sugar with a blow torch. 🤤
