"Chicken fillet with pineapples"
Cut the chicken fillet into layers and beat off well. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil or whatever fat you use. Put the chicken fillet on a baking sheet, salt and pepper. Top with pineapple slices (I used canned).
Top the pineapples with grated cheese that you like or have in the fridge. Bake in the oven at 180 C until golden brown.
I served rice as a side dish. Pour the rice with the sauce formed during the roasting of the meat.

Coconut "stones"
3 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
150 gr. powdered sugar
150 grams of coconut flakes
150 gr. light raisins.

In the video, I'm doing without raisins.

Beat egg whites to peaks. Mix coconut, raisins and sugar in a bowl. Then mix this mixture with whipped proteins, gently mixing with a spatula. On a baking sheet lined with baking paper, lay out small lumps of dough. I do it with a teaspoon. Bake at 180 C for 10 minutes.
