Since our childhood Siripala uncle had his vegetable square. When i went to school, i still remember Siripala uncle sitting on the wooden plank with vegetables and leaves plucked in his hand. Also i haven't seen Uncle waiting over there for more than two three hours. Since there were no artificial fertilisers added for the crops, all the vegetables becomes finished instantly.
This time more than a half of uncle's vegetable square was filled with potatoes such as kukulala, Dindila, and Higurala. Normally most of the potatoes are uprooted in the months like December and January. Though uncle notified me earlier to take our half, I had to go a bit lately. Actually it was very nice and pleasant to see the farm.💛🌿
It was not an easy task for me to bring the potatoes to home.😄 Because of the shame on putting it on the floor, i had to bring it to home with my all strength. I started to cook them after about a week, by placing it in the corner of the kitchen.

Normally potatoes are preserved for like about 3 months. If more preservation is needed,it shoul be grinded. So i also boiled the potatoes and put them under the sun to dry. The potatoes which were like fingers are known as Hingurala. There's a lot of flour in it. After they get boiled and after adding the remaining breadfruit, i made the Hingurala Rotti. Actually for someone who saw it can't tell or think how it was made except for the ones who have made it before.n😍
The purple of the dandelion flour is very beautiful. I used that flour to make beautiful steamed dandelion rose bread. For Valentine's Day coming tomorrow and the day after tomorrow you can try this type of rosary too..but I made these roses for my family a lot With love.😍
The bread is very soft because it tastes good. I don't need to lie so the hero behind the screen also helped me to knead the dough..😍

After getting the smaller cut Kukulala with butter,gnnger,garlic with the chicken curry has a very good taste. It was a very nice curry to eat with the rose bread. As i thought that there was something missing in the dining table, i quickly went and grabbed some cashews and made a blue dandila porridge. As these days come to be the Dandila season it wasn't much of a hard task to find them. I think ya'll saw how my father drank it. Actually it was very tasty.😍
So get closed to the nature, live this short life as a person filled with humane qualities💛🌸🌿
