Apple pancakes:
The recipe is too simple to call it a recipe.
Approximate proportions:
5-6 apples,
2 tablespoons of sugar,
a pinch of salt, vanilla.
2 eggs,
flour about 120-150 grams, depending on the consistency of the dough.

Grate the apples, add salt, sugar and vanilla to taste. Sprinkle the apples with lemon juice so that they don't darken.
