See how we bought and stored all our lumber ahead of time! This takes the pressure off when it comes time to use it, not only because of the volatile prices but it is also one less thing to have to think about. We also had to cut down a tall tree that died since logging last year, and was too close to the house site. Finally, Alex goes through some details of our framing model.

ABOUT US: We are Alex and Elaina, a couple in our 20s who are currently living on the 3-acre farm in southern Pennsylvania where Alex grew up.
