This week, the team tackles the complete roof replacement, turning a collapsing, weather-worn structure into a fully protected building once again.

Watch as the new structural elements are installed and traditional materials are blended with modern roofing techniques to respect the barn’s original character while ensuring it’s watertight for decades to come. From strengthening the oak frame to fitting breathable membranes and laying the final tile finish, this is a huge step forward.

We even had to work around awkward pitches and historic features, proving that thoughtful craftsmanship and smart design can preserve heritage while meeting today’s building standards.
