In the City of Mississauga, just 30 minutes from Toronto, there is a hidden paradise located in a unique natural setting. Rattray Marsh is the last remaining waterfront marsh between Toronto and Burlington with extensive boardwalk. It is home to a large variety of wildflowers and wildlife. This video shows that Rattray Marsh is most beautiful in the fall with its spectacular colors reflecting off the calm water.
The trail will take you to the shore at the point just 23 km (14 mi) from CN Tower, where you can catch a view of Toronto. And of course, you can observe a superior mirage that is common over Lake Ontario.
