I haven't been feeling very well these past few days.
I've been getting these blinding pains in my lower back.
I don't really know why, but my stomach has been giving me a hard time too.
Whatever I ate gave me a stomachache.
I tried not eating, and that also gave me a stomachache for some reason.
So, I spend the last few days resting more than usual.
I tried to do a lot of stretching.
I got a lot more sleep than I normally would.
And, for some reason, when I got up this morning, most of those symptoms were almost completely gone.
