Cheese buns with cherries

If there is a combination that I like the best, it is sweet cheese and cherries🍒
A very easy dessert to make and delicious even as breakfast.

Ingredients: for 5 cheeses

• Ricotta cheese - 250 gr
• 1 egg
• Flour 2 tablespoons
• Vanilla sugar 10 gr

For the filling:
• Frozen cherries 150 gr
• Sugar 2 tablespoons
• A spoonful of cornflour

The preparation:
Mix all the ingredients for the cheese dough, form balls and flatten them to make a dimple.
Prepare the stuffing on a low flame until it becomes a thick mixture.
Fill the cheesecakes with stuffing and bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees until golden for about 20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
