i hope you enjoy this video - i honestly touch on the importance of preparation before i do this speech at oxford, but i also talk about the importance of preparation in everything we do. From the simple things like planning a fit the night before. These are the minor changes that will have a major impact over time when trying to build consistency with everything you do.
