This first uneven bars gymnastics routine looked dangerous but when you compare it to old gymnastics from the 70’s and 80’s it is much safer! In the second clip, Elena Mukhina, does a dead loop with a full twist! She was an amazing gymnast and so brave, she sadly became quadriplegic in the 1980’s.
