Learning to swim as an adult can be a real challenge! So, in this video, we'll share the strategies that really helped us finally learn how to swim and to overcome our fear of deep water. We took 10 private swimming lessons at Phuket Country Home Swimming Pool in Thailand to try to build our confidence in swimming and are now able to dive into deep water.

We are so pleased with our results and want to encourage others who are not confident in water to keep trying until they overcome their fears as well!
