The EVGA RTX 3090 Ti FTW3 is massive, but it is built very well. The cooling solution is able to handle the immense amount of heat that NVIDIA is generating with its GPU, and although we still think you should buy something else (simply because of the price vs. the performance gain over, say, anything else -- even an 'old' 3090), we think it's worth looking at how well this one is built.
