Address Sky View is a luxury twin tower (two luxury skyscrapers) complex in downtown Dubai, which includes a hotel and residences. Tower 1 is 264 m (866 ft) tall and has 60 floors, mainly residential. Tower 2 is 235 m (771 ft) tall and has 55 floors, including a hotel, restaurants, residences, and an observation deck. A skybridge connects Tower 1 and Tower 2, and the infinity pool on the skybridge offers panoramic views of the city, including the Burj Khalifa. Address Sky View was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, one of the largest architectural firms in Chicago, United States, who also designed the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, in Dubai. Address Sky View was sold to Evergreen Hospitality for AED 750 million (USD 204 million) in early 2021, just over a year after it opened.
