THE TRADITIONAL BREAKFAST OF YOGHURT, HERBS AND EGGS IS VERY EASY TO PREPARE. IT WILL EASILY AND FOR A LONG TIME REPLACE A SIMPLE EGG, ESPECIALLY FOR LOVERS OF ORIENTAL CUISINE.
WE TAKE for 1 serving:
🔹 chicken eggs 2 pcs
🔹 Greek yogurt 150-200 gr
🔹 any greens (parsley, cilantro)
🔹 garlic 1-2 cloves
🔹cucumber 1/2
🔹 olive oil / butter 1 tbsp
🔹 spices: salt, sweet paprika, etc.
WE DO:
✅ cook poached eggs: in a small saucepan with boiling salted water, we throw eggs one at a time for 2 minutes.
✅ finely chop greens
✅ garlic and 1/2 cucumber rubbed on a fine grater
✅ combine yogurt and greens with grated cucumber, garlic, salt to taste
✅heat a spoonful of oil and mix with paprika to get a beautiful and fragrant dressing
✅ put a couple of boiled poached eggs on yogurt with herbs and pour over warmed butter with paprika
✅ serve immediately with a soft baguette and love
* it is not necessary to add a little grated cucumber to yogurt, but with it the dish turns out to be fresher and lighter
* boldly replace olive oil with butter, and it is better to use paprika in flakes
* you can add spices and dried herbs to taste, the main thing is not to overdo it: marjoram, mint, crushed pepper mixture will do
