Onboard Jet2 Boeing 757 G-LSAJ ("New York"), for a beautiful sunset departure from runway 03, as flight LS632 to East Midlands, UK. The video begins as we taxi out to runway 03, before we line up and make a powerful takeoff, following the airport's unusual departure routing to avoid the mountains north of the airport. As we climb above the clouds we are treated to a beautiful view, and the video ends as we cross the north coast of the island to head across the Atlantic towards Europe. Taken from seat 5A.
