How to Get a Bus and Taxi Near Termini Station

Termini Station, the main train station in Rome, is a central hub for transportation, making it easy for travelers to catch buses or taxis to various parts of the city. Once you exit the station, you’ll find the bus station just outside, along with a large taxi stand located nearby.

For buses, you’ll notice several bus stops right at the main entrance of Termini Station. There are direct routes to popular destinations in the city, including Vatican City, Colosseum, and Piazza Venezia. Simply look for the signs indicating your desired route and the corresponding platform.

The taxi stand is located just to the right of the main exit. It’s a safe and convenient place to grab a cab, and taxis in Rome are readily available, though sometimes there may be a short wait during peak hours. Make sure to get in line at the official taxi queue to avoid unofficial and potentially overpriced services.

The Neighborhood Around Termini Station
