VTT is the termination voltage required by the RAM slot and Core area of CPU for the data transfer supervision. VDDQ is the supply voltage requirement of the RAM section for enabling the RAm slot working.

VDDQ is the data quality voltage required to enable the proper communication between the SOC CPU and the RAM section.

RAM section is completely enabled at the slp_s3 state or when the SUSP# signal is asserted by the PCH to the SIO or directly to the concerned section.
