It was a hard week of work. We have prepared firewood for heating. We also collected the last fruits from our garden and made compote. Our kitten in this video was very active, I hope you don't mind that.

Preparing cabbage rolls
All proportions are arbitrary.
Lightly boil the cabbage until the leaves become slightly elastic.
Sauté onions and carrots, add to minced meat, also add bulgur or rice (not boiled) to minced meat.
Mix all the ingredients of the minced meat, add salt and spices (I added turmeric, corriander and black pepper)
Stuff the cabbage leaves, roll them up and place them in a cauldron or saucepan. Pour in tomato sauce and simmer over low heat for about 1.5-2 hours.
Serve cabbage rolls with sour cream (sour cream) or mayonnaise and yogurt.
