Soooo, let's do BANYA! A "banya" (баня) is a traditional Russian steam bath, similar to a sauna, but with high humidity and the use of venik (birch or oak branches) to add extra heat! It's a crucial part of the Russian culture and in this video you can see the full process of doing banya in Siberia.
