Apple pie recipe.
For a 22-24 cm form:
4 medium apples
180 g flour
120 g sugar
20 grams brown sugar for sprinkling on top of the apples.
2 yolks
125 ml milk
50 g butter
1 heaped teaspoon baking powder (4-5 g)
a pinch of salt
Grind the yolks with sugar into a thick mass, add milk, melted butter (2/3 of the total mass), salt, beat everything well with a mixer. Add baking powder to the sifted flour, add to the dough and mix until smooth. Pour the dough into a greased form with a diameter of 22 cm, put peeled apples on top, cut into slices. Grease the apples with the remaining melted butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and put the pie in the oven to bake at a temperature of 180C for about 40 minutes.
