When you have a good self-esteem)
Every time after performing I ask to my students about what they liked and what started to be better than yesterday first. After that, we discuss things they should to improve and work with. It helps to learn to listen to themselves and analyze. And Eventually it helps to students to learn to set goals and gain them, in compare with playing without purpose, and repeating many times which I meet very often.
