Banana Bread Recipe:
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas mashed
1/2 c. Oil
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine wet ingredients and mix well. Add in dry ingredients and combine (do NOT overmix). Fold in nuts. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake 65-75 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
