Removing rusted motor cover bolts on the Peugeot iOn
If you have a Mitsubishi i-MiEV, Peugeot iOn or a Citroen C-Zero, it is likely that the bolts holding the motor cover down will rust and become very difficult to remove. You could try pliers on the wing nuts, but they chew up the wings and its still a struggle to remove them. This video just shows how you can use a 27mm socket which aids removal and keep the wings in tact and undamaged.
