Ingredients: For the filling: • Cabbage — 700 g • Salt — ½ tsp • Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp • Onion — 160 g • Carrot — 160 g • Black pepper — ¼ tsp • Ground coriander — ¼ tsp For the batter: • Kefir — 300 ml • Eggs — 3 • Baking soda — ½ tsp • Salt — ½ tsp • Flour — 200 g • Vegetable oil — 4 tbsp Instructions: 1. Shred cabbage, mix with salt, and let sit for 30 min. 2. Sauté onion and carrot, add spices, then cabbage. Cook until nearly tender. 3. Mix kefir, eggs, soda, salt, flour, and oil for the batter. Let it rest for 10 min. 4. Pour half the batter into a baking dish, add filling, then cover with remaining batter. 5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour. Flatten and score the chicken, season with spices, lemon juice, and oil. 2. Roughly chop vegetables, season, and mix with oil. 3. Bake veggies in a tray and chicken on a rack above at 180°C (350°F) for 40 min. 4. Mix butter, garlic, and cilantro for sauce. 5. Soft cabbage filling with aromatic spices and light batter — a comforting dish for the whole family.

Ingredients:
For the filling:
• Cabbage — 700 g
• Salt — ½ tsp
• Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp
• Onion — 160 g
• Carrot — 160 g
• Black pepper — ¼ tsp
• Ground coriander — ¼ tsp

For the batter:
