Many people have heard from each other, as a reproach: "You just have low self-esteem!!". But what is it really? And what does that even mean? And this is just another form of psychological violence to suppress and control you.
Self-esteem is also a term used by psychologists to blame you for your own problems, and it is also used by others around you to "put you in your place."
Initially, this term means that you put a price tag on yourself - you are priceless.
And what really bothers you, and who are these people with "low self-esteem"?
These are people who were trained by their parents in childhood, using all possible methods of psychological, and sometimes physical violence.
These people are like dogs, if no one is there, an inner voice sounds, (parents') attitudes and curses, on the way to their dreams, plans and goals. It also sounds from the environment, using the same parental phrases that control us, using and considering us idiots with "low self-esteem", "obedient", therefore disrespecting us, and throwing us phrases like "low self-esteem", and other phrases to which we are accustomed by parents to control us. Parents said, and did everything they did, and said, just to suppress your will, control you, making you "obedient", it has nothing to do with you, these are just psychological violence techniques that were trained like dogs, and your parents, their parents.
