Learn about the Wind in less than 1 minute!

What is the wind? Where does this mysterious force come from? In this video I’m going to explain to you why the answer to that question is the sun! Isn’t that crazy? The Sun is responsible for the creation of wind. Now wind is the movement of air molecules on a large scale. Air that is is hot is lighter and rises up, Air that is cold on the other hand is heavier. Think about the ocean for example, the sun shines on the beach and makes the air above the sand lighter and it makes it rise up. But when it shines on the water it doesn’t have the same heating effects. This means that you have the air above the sand going up and you have the air above the water going towards the sand to replace it. And that right there is the wind. At night time this is reversed, because at night the ocean is relatively warmer and the the air moves from the beach towards the ocean. Now let’s expand this concept to our planet, you have the poles which are colder and you have the equator which is warmer and that again will create wind. The planet spinning at a thousand miles per hour also effects the movement of wind. Like and follow if you want me to make more content.

Air that is is hot is lighter and rises up, Air that is cold on the other hand is heavier.
Think about the ocean for example, the sun shines on the beach and makes the air above the sand lighter and it makes it rise up.
But when it shines on the water it doesn’t have the same heating effects.
