Self-care is essential and Thai massage is a great option for pampering yourself. Whenever you notice stiff and achy muscles whether it be after a long flight or after being cooped up for months of a lockdown, a Thai massage can be a welcomed cure to what ails you.
We got an hour, traditional Thai massage enjoying how the masseuse used her full body weight to stretch, pull, and twist our bodies into positions that we didn’t think were possible. It’s like someone else is doing yoga poses for you, giving you the best stretch of your life.
She’ll use her arm, her elbow, and her feet to release tension points, her elbow really getting in there for some serious deep tissue work. It hurts so good, in my opinion, but you can always request less pressure if you prefer.
