I always enjoy returning to our little forest house filled with care and love. Today I will prepare a plum dessert: lots of filling and a little dough. And I have already started collecting flowers that are suitable for brewing tea, to dry them and enjoy the aromas of summer in the cold and long winter. Plum Pie 'Lots of filling and little dough' Recipe for dough for 2 small pies or one large one: 200 g flour, 25 g sugar, a pinch of salt, 100 g sour cream, 100 g butter. Filling for 1 small pie (galette): 50 g sugar, 20 g cornstarch, vanilla sugar, 400-500 g plums. Baking temperature: 200 degrees, Baking time: 35-40 minutes. Size of the pan at the bottom: 22 cm. Grate cold butter into flour, make crumbs. Add salt and sugar, mix everything. Add sour cream and continue mixing with the rest of the dough with a spatula, making crumbs. At the end, gather the dough into a ball. The dough will have a slightly loose consistency. For a mold with a diameter of up to 22 cm, divide the dough into two parts. You can bake the pie in the mold or make a biscuit from the dough. I will make a biscuit in the video. Divide the dough into two parts and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After an hour, roll out the dough into a thin layer, constantly sprinkling with flour. Add 1 tbsp of sugar to the starch and mix. Put the starch in the middle of the dough, leaving about 4 cm from the edge. Put the sliced plums on the starch, there should be a lot of filling, about 500 grams of plums. pinch the edges randomly, sprinkle the filling with the remaining sugar. Grease the pie with melted butter and bake in the oven at 200 C for 35-40 minutes. The pie turns out incredibly tasty with a large amount of refreshing fruit filling.
