The components:
• Double mushroom case
•Onion 2
•Salt
•Ground black pepper
•Crushed garlic 1
•Puff Pastry

The preparation:
Cut mushrooms into rough cubes and fry on a dry pan until all the liquid evaporates.
Add oil and onions cut into squares.
Season and fry until the onion softens.

Open a roll of puff pastry into a rectangle, place the filling in a row, wrap in the dough and press. Cut the excess dough at the end.
Brush with a beaten egg and sprinkle poppy seeds or sesame seeds on top.
Using a dough knife or any knife, mark triangles.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 C degrees convection .
Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
