Let's make a research! We will go to 3 regions of Russia : the poorest, the richest and a medium region in terms of average salaries of Russians.
I talked to Russian people in these regions about their salaries, monthly budget for life and what's their salary goal. I also asked them if they were happy with the life in their region or not.
