The Tanix TX3 features the brand new S905W SOC by Amlogic.

This SOC is aimed at ultra cheap Android TV box's and is essentially the same as the S905 but is a stripped down version, losing full 4K @ 60fps down to 4K at 30fps limit. This version of the TANIX TX3 is equipped with 2GB DDR3 ram and includes 16GB of shared storage, for the current price of just £24, this is a truly hard to beat TV box in this price range. The 1GB version also includes 16GB of storage and of course comes with Android 7.1.2 Nougat firmware.

Annoyingly, the manufacturers have failed to include joypad drivers. These devices are fully capable of running some mid range android game and of course retro, so it is a little frustrating that this feature is left out.
