When a time traveling experiment goes wrong at the Riverport University, three individuals (Jack Joyce "Shawn Ashmore", Beth Wilder, and Paul Serene) discover they have the ability to manipulate time. Jack and Beth fight against Paul Serene's Monarch Security forces to save the future before time literally runs out in the East Coast town of Riverport.
