The preparation:

Peel apples and cut into small cubes. Add sugar, ground almonds, cinnamon and raisins, mix well.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in turbo (convection ) up and down mode.

Lightly roll the prepared puff pastry into a rectangle shape.
On both sides of the dough make cuts into thick strips.
