Half kneeling stretch - hold for 3 seconds while stretching & repeat same amount of reps per leg (12) 2. 90 to 90 with stretch and reach - position both your legs in a 90 degree angle, lean forward on the front leg and hold for 3 seconds while stretching- then with the opposite arm stretch and reach just lightly (this helps hip flexors & glutes) 3.
