Ingredients: 8 small peppers 500g minced meat 2 onions 2 carrots 2 tbsp tomato paste 100g rice 1 tsp thyme 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp sweet paprika 1 tsp salt 1 tsp chili flakes Parsely Sauce: 500 ml of tomato passata 500 ml water (or more) 3 garlic cloves, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp chilli flakes
