Rare Taiwan Yellowtail Amberjack: Homemade Dry-Aged Sashimi in a Household Refrigerator
The Yilan Guangrong Fixed Fishing Farm purchased Qingan Yiwei, a rare species of fish in Taiwan. Most of the fish sold in conveyor belt sushi restaurants are imported from Japan. This was the first time I bought it.
