For the first time in China as a blood donor
I donated blood at Guangzhou United Family Hospital today, March 20, 2021. Reminder if you want to donate blood DO'S: 1.) Have a good rest. 2.) No alcohol before blood donation. 3.) Don't donate blood empty stomach. 4.) Drink liquid like water or juice. In China, this is my first-time blood donation experience. All volunteer and hospital staff are friendly, helpful.
