Vegetable oil - 25 grams
Butter (82%) - 50 grams
Raisins - 130 grams
Zest of half a lemon

Glaze:
Egg (only protein) - 50 grams
Powdered sugar - 200 grams
Lemon juice - 2-3 teaspoons
